Mission Statement
Together, these teams reflect a holistic care approach – meeting emotional, spiritual, and
practical needs – so individuals feel supported, valued, and connected during both
crises and life transitions.
Bereavement
Supports those grieving the loss of a loved on. This may include emotional and spiritual care, grief counseling, prayer, memorial service assistance, and follow-up check-ins to help individuals navigate the healing process.
Meal Ministry
Coordinates and delivers meals to people during times of need – such as illness, surgery recovery, or crisis. It helps relieve daily burdens and expresses care in a tangible consistent way.
Practical Care
Assists with hands-on needs like transportation, minor home repairs, moving help, or errands. The goal is to meet everyday challenges with practical service and community support.
Care Ministry
“Bear ye one another’s burdens and so fulfil the law of Christ.”
– Gal 6:2 KJV
